I started Curves on Oct 2nd, 2006. I had been telling myself I needed to diet, I needed to change my eating habits, etc. Our 3rd grandson was born on Sept. 25, 2006. This is a picture of me with him and his big brother in 9-26-06. That was it! I was so disappointed in myself. I met Michele that day and have been at Curves most every day since. A great exercise routine in 30 minutes? Everything I needed in just 3 days a week? I took it! I also do Weight Watchers and walk my dogs several miles on my days off (after a Curves workout of course!) I am down 39 lbs and 39.5 inches. I feel great and look better.

The biggest change I’ve noticed is in my energy levels and my flexibility. I can squat down, move around and not have to use a “crutch” to stand back up! My initial goal when I started was to lose 100 lbs. I still have 60 lbs to go but I’m working on it! I wish you all the same success. Many thanks to Michelle and Lisa for all their help, advice and many times they have had to listen to me.
