Check out the T-Shirt Tuesday ticket winners! These sassy ladies are the MORNING GLORIES... a Curves Pocket group that originated in 2004. The MG's meet between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m. to workout together every day. While exchanging recipes, heath tips, and the neighborhood news, they also enjoy the benefits of regular exercise and community. Most of these girls are retired, but there's a few career women too, and all of them are to be commended for making working out a scheduling priority in their day. Did you know that women who workout in the morning actually develop a better HABIT of exercise?

Our Curves program is specifically designed for women. We feature a :30 minute workout and a weight management plan that is "fun, fast and safe!"
