How I Started My Success Story Plan:
I was motivated to start for the following reasons:
    Dr. said critical that I lose weight and start exercise
    Afraid of getting Diabetes (runs in my family)
    Wanted to feel good about myself again
    Injuries sidelined me from sports, gained weight yearly
    TOTALLY fed up with how I looked and felt all the time
    Read regular exercise can give you more years on this earth
    Saw picture of myself , couldn't believe that was me
Other reasons:
At that time I weighed over pounds.
I knew a real key to losing weight was regular exercise and :30 minutes, 3 times a week an ideal way to start.
